Description
40L Greyish rose on grey-lilac, Athens Print: Mint horizontal pair, touched to good margins on all other sides, original cracked gum, tiny usual gum loss expected with this type of gum, fresh, very fine and extremely rare, cert. Holcombe (1986), which states “I know of only two pairs outside of the Athens Postal museum of which this is one, both have one stamp cut into”.
