Description
1865 Schleswig-Holstein rare block of four on cover: 1¼s green on collect-on-delivery (Postvorschuss) cover, sent 28/5 from Segeberg to Neumünster, via Hamburg. The block shows very minor wrinkling and a few small tone spots, otherwise fine. A great rarity: only four blocks of four of this stamp are recorded on cover, this being the unique example on a collect-on-delivery cover.
