1860 packet outer letter sheet to Fortress Luxemburg franked horizontal strip of three 2 Sgr blue, good to large margins all round cancelled two DUSSELDORF 11/10 framed datestamps, addressed to a Lieutenant and Paymaster of 36th Prussian Infantry Regiment, reverse with good strike of single circle PRIVAT POST EXPEDITION WIRTGEN 13 OCTO 1860; the only known parcel letter with stamps to the ‘Festung’.
