1850 (20 Oct) long envelope to Padova franked nine 45c and a 15c, all type I single stamps to make up 4.20Lira rate, small margins, cancelled two-line CHIOGGIA/20 OTT date stamps, an office who cut a close margin in this early period. a fine item with a high internal non-registered franking; cert.
