Lot 30043 – Lombardo Veneto piece franked single and block 13 30c

1850s (18 Lug) large blue registered legal piece franked with an irregular block of thirteen plus single of 30c brown, type I, for an impressive Lire 4.20 rate, cancelled two-line Tolmezzo date stamp, the single adhesive tied only by framed straight-line Racamandata handstamp.
