1852–57 ½d Rose on Circular – Rare Usage to Prince Edward Island
½d rose on wrapper band, fine to good margins, tied by tied by concentric circle numeral, backstamped 12 October 1859, addressed to Prince Edward Island.
The only recorded usage of the ½d value to Prince Edward Island (only three covers franked with the 3d rate are recorded to Prince Edward Island during the Pence period).
