½d deep rose with good to large margins, tied by Toronto grid on a complete Departmental Notice from the Education Office, via Stratford, 23 July 1858, and Shakespeare, 23 July, to Donegal.
Pays the printed matter rate as listed in the Canadian Almanac, 1856.
