Description
1854 Printed Matter – Saltfleet & Binbrook Circular
Stampless printed matter entire containing Church statistics sent from Saltfleet and Binbrook to Stoney Creek, light despatch cds and 22 April 1854 arrival backstamp. The original “1” tax marking was altered in manuscript to ½d, possibly reflecting the early reduction of the printed matter rate prior to 1856.
