1852–57 6d Slate-Grey and 3d Red on Medium Wove Entire – Triple Letter Rate
6d slate-grey and 3d red on medium wove paper (ironed file creases), both with clear to good margins, tied by “21” numeral on wrapper with MONTREAL L.C., SP 5 1857 circular datestamp, addressed to Quebec with arrival backstamp.
Pays the triple letter rate, a striking combination showing two different Pence values on a single cover.
