1851 3d Red on Laid Paper on Entire

3d red on laid paper, lower sheet-marginal example, with fine to good margins on other sides, tied by concentric circles on wrapper from Hamilton, 4 June 1852, to Montreal.

A fine early domestic usage of the 3d Beaver issue, with clear cancellation and marginal sheet position.
