1900 6d on GB 3d purple on yellow (serif lettering) with surcharge inverted, pos. 5 from the setting of 6, tied to piece by Mafeking MR 30 1900 cds (first day of issue), very fine and extremely rare, only 6 examples printed (of which only 5 are in private hands), with this example (as far we’re aware) being a new discovery having never before been recorded or illustrated (S.G. £50’000).
