Description
1901 surcharged 3c on 10c bright ultramarine and brown mint large part lightly toned o.g. with ‘Surcharge triple’. This stamp was discovered in 1995 and, to the best of our knowledge, no further examples have come to light subsequently. A major rarity; Cert. Brandon (1995).
