Bonny: 1892 (Aug 20) envelope to Scotland, marked “Stamps not procur(able)” but partially covered by a GB 1887 2 1/2d Jubilee tied by a partial strike of the “OIL RIVERS PROTECTORATE / BONNY” triple-oval ds with a further small part strike alongside and Liverpool transit below, Glasgow arrival backstamp, envelope with some faults including the reduction of much of the address, which has affected the second strike of the datestamp, a very rare example of this cancel on cover; ex John Sacher.
