1940s-50s, King George VI local mail group with internal printed matter 1/2d rates and two double rates, one made up by marginal, inscription block of four 1/4d, section of postcards sent internally, surface inland mail at original 1pi rate and later 1 1/2p rate including a fine illustrated Bassett’s Liquorice advertising envelope, newspaper wrappers with 1/4pi and 1pi rates plus a large ‘Aureomycin Digest’ envelope with 1pi for rate up to 8ozpink envelope at 2pi rate for up to 16oz; some mixed condition.
