1931 (Sep 14) incoming envelope from Australia with KGV 2d tied by Terang VIC cds, underpaid with Australia “T40” postage due handstamps, New York “DUE 8 CENTS” hs and violet framed “POSTAGE DUE …..” hs (type not listed in Proud) struck on arrival in British Guiana with ms “08”, cover wear and roughly opened at top, a very scarce postal marking.
