1955 (11 June) stampless red band envelope to Neiqiu, Hebei showing bold strike of Military Post 48236, sent by the Admin. Dept., Kantse Office, Sikang; some slight faults at corners and opened out for display. Military Post cancels from Tibet are rare. G Flack Cert (2002)
