4tr olive-green, setting 1b, imperf sheet from late 1930s, known as the first of the ‘Missing Cliché’ printings. Now only sheets of eleven after cliche 4 disappeared and, maybe to keep accounting correct a loose stamp from another sheet was added, Waterfall states that these are “a very distinctive batch of shades, , and seldom seen.
