Nangartse: Undated internal envelope from Nangartse to Lhasa bearing single 1/6tr franking on reverse tied by good strike of Nangartse type I cancel and below very scarce hand-dated Pelti type I transit; a small repair at top of envelope not detracting from the rare item, described in Hellrigl with 90 points, 5 to 9 covers known
