Lhasa: Undated hand-made envelope from Lhasa to Gyantse bearing single franking 2/3tr bright scarlet, shiny enamel printing, position ‘6’ with ‘Potsage’ error, Lhasa VII cancel and manuscript registration, the usual slight faults for these type of covers.
