1915 (27.10.) insured money letter to Changchun, China for 3,000 roubles with reddish “de Ourga Poste Russe” insured label (Hellrigl Ty. 2, “RRR”) franked Russia 14k block of four, 50k and 70k horizontal pairs, tied by Urga date stamps, Russian Peking and violet Japanese Changchun transits, on a large linen backed envelope with some slight edge wear and some slight ageing, one wax seal excised, issues of scant regard to the rarity and desirability of this item.
