1914 (11 Aug) red band registered envelope to Peking, franked Russia 14k Romanov tied by Urga double ring cds (Hellrigl 7b) with a further strike on reverse, top left Urga registration label (Hellrigl 10, rated RR), Russian Peking transit and Chinese Peking arrival of 12 Sep, the adhesive with some diagonal creasing of small importance to this rare 14k Romanov envelope, this number three of the seven covers recorded by Hellrigl with this issue, a rarity and key item; ex Tolman and Mizuhara.
