Description
1893 1/2a First issue with TO1 overprint M.B.D. oval in purple double printed and inverted obtained from Dr Kinns in June 2006, not cataloged in SG. Also a copy of the stamp with forged TO1 overprint which shows thin lines in oval. Fine and rare exhibition item. Ex Dan Walker (SG £ 600 for normal copy).
