A India Soldier’s seaman envelope bearing SGO5 2a Rose and in back 1/2a blue green QV stamp horizontal strip of 4 all bearing 17 MA 97 stamp and Cuttack arrival 22 MA 97 stamps. The cover was posted from Raj Nandgaon to Cuttack and is a posthumous philatelic usage of Nandgaon stamp.Fine and rare as only used on QV postal stationary, for the specialist.
