16 Feb 1857 mourning cover bearing 4a Blue red Head Die III and Frame Die II Fourth printing singles cut to shape going to Torquay, England. With entire letter contents, India paid cancels and receiving marks in back. Some scuffs and back flap partly missing. A scarce 1857 mutiny year letter ideal for philatelic research.
