1888 20 Cash red in mint block of four with town-name HSI KOU written by hand, original gum with only light hinge, a couple of light gum creases, minor surface abrasions on lower left stamp and light tone spot, a fine and rare multiple; cert. Heddergott BPP (1988) which states “echt und einwandfrei” and each stamp signed by him. Catalogue ref: S.G. C6
