1934 Heir Apparent Issue: 3 1/2 G. imperforate on cover from Jeddah to England re-directed to Vienna and then back to Jeddah with red “Zurück/retour”. Sent by St. John Philby, advisor to King Ibn Saud, to his son “Kim” Philby, who became a top Soviet spy., plus 3 1/2 G. perf. (2) on registered letter from Taif (9.5) to Geneva (21.5), re-directed as Express Letter, with Swiss stamps added for the Express fee, to Rome, an attractive and rare pair
