Roul 20, paying the unrecorded 12 Paras rate, plus the 16 Paras concessionary rate, on a cover from Mecca to Jeddah (arr. 18.4.19) with 1918, 1 Pa. (6) + 1/4 Pia. a rare franking as this rate is almost always made up of 1 Pa. + 1/4 Pia. + 1/2 Pia, an attractive and desirable pair
