Romanu : 1917 Money order card for 400 piastres , sent from Balikesir to 6th Army Corps 15th division 45th regiment bearing on front 1 piastre +20 para (Isfila 705+704 = 356+355) stamps tied by all bilingual ‘Balikesir(karassi)’ postmarks on reverse showing extremely rare and clear all Arabic black negative ‘SAHRA POSTASI 20 = FIELD POST OFFICE 20’ seal when the unit was located in ‘ROMANU’ near Braila , alongside delivery date 25/11/1917 by manuscript .extremely scarce negative post seal , Certificate Nakri.
