Isaccea – Isakçi : 1877 Telegram of 43 words and numbered 118, dated ‘4 Mart 1293 = 16 March 1877’ sent to the Governor of Iseccea showing extremely fine all Arabic negative ‘TELEGRAFHANE-I ISAKÇI 1285 = TELEGRAPH OFFICE ISACCEA 1869’ black hand stamp at upper right
