15 Bani red-brown, tied by double-circle with star type black ‘BUCURESCI’ postmark on 1877 single franking cover bearing sent to Wien , alongside showing circular ‘T’ postage due black cachet and Manuscript blue crayon ’15 TX’ taxed rate , on reverse showing arrival cds, a marvellous and attractive and very rare cover
