RUSI DE VEDE: 1861 (4.2) Registered express cover in Cyrillic, addressed to Hristea Giorghiu in Bucharest, cancelled by bluish, Cyrillic bilinear ds “RUSI DE VEDE FEB 4” (departure) and “BUCHAREST FEB 7” (arrival), with “f: gravniku” (very urgent) hand notation on top right corner (Dragomir type PV53, fig. 251 – highest valuation “FF” + 0.3R; see pg. 76-77), some cvr staining, very fine combination of two bilinear date stamps, showpiece

Rarity: The rarest of all Wallachian bilinear handstamps: only three such covers are known
