BRAILA: 1860 (18.4) Entire letter addressed to Hristea Georgief in Bucharest, with bluish, Cyrillic bilinear ds “BRAILA APR 18”, sender’s oval cachet “Nicola Zeno Braila” and a rare, circular arrival stamp “BUCHAREST/WALACHEI 19/4 alongside, complete, monogrammed, black wax seal on the reverse (Dragomir type PV53 – 0.2R; see pg. 76-77), fine and a rare combination of a bilinear Cyrillic date stamp and the circular BUCHAREST / WALACHEI ds Auction
