TURNU SEVERIN: 1839 (4.5) Hand-written Cyrillic postal document detailing the receipt of various private mail distributed through the Turnu Severin quarantine station and signed by the Director of the station, John Strimbeanu, bearing 1838 type negative black seal of the TURNU SEVERIN quarantine station (Dragomir type K38 – 8R; see # 3 on page 38), a superb strike and extremely rare in this condition
