GIURGIU: 1838 (6.11) Folded entire addressed to the Serbian embassy in Bucharest, bearing on reverse clear 1830 type negative black seal of the “GIURGIU” quarantine station, together with remarks, date and signature of the quarantine station, with usual rastel holes (Dragomir type K30 – 5R; see # 4 on page 55), a fine strike and extremely rare
