MUREASCA DE SUS: 1873 Folded registered cover addressed to the Revizor (Inspector) of the School District of the Vilcea District, in Rimnicu Vilcea, bearing very clear decorative Cyrillic black double circle cachet with inscription “JUD. R. VILCEA Pl(asa) KOZIA. SATUL MUREASCA DE SUS” and depicting Coach and Riders, plus “Jud. R. Vilcea 17 Jul 73 Pl. Cozia” cds alongside, very fine strike and scarce
