KAHUL: 1859 (21.8) Postal manuscript bearing very clear black decorative ornate Cyrillic oval cachet with inscription “PRINCIPAT: MOLDOVEI/BIROUL POSTEI T. KAHUL”, depicting Arms, Dolphins and Posthorn and dated 1858 (Dragomir type SM58 – 2.5R; see # 9 page 19), extremely fine and rare
