1940 Tokyo: 1937 (Dec 15) Envelope from the Miyaka Hotel in Kyoto with “XII Olympiad in Japan 1940” legend on the backflap, sent to Germany, adhesions in the corners otherwise fine and scarce (Note some hotels were permitted to mention the Tokyo Games on their printed envelopes)
