1865 Large fragment franked by 1856 3c carmine together with French Napoleon III 80c carmine, both tied by neat target cancel, ST.THOMAS 24/10 1865 despatch cds together with French entry marking ST.THOMAS 24 OCT 65 PAQ.FR.B N°2, also red boxed PD, 80c for the single rate to France by French packet and DWI 3c for the local rate.
