Gupta Empire, Skandagupta, c. 455-467, AV dinar, 9.28 g. (22 mm). Archer.

Special features: king with head turned to left wearing tunic with long tails over loin cloth and long, thin sash tied at waist with knot, traces of rim diadem with ornament to left of king, name below arm skanda beneath a crescent. Brahmi legend on reverse kkramadityah. Kumar, TOTGE 2024, class II, variety A4. Raven, SkG/group 6.

EF,+ high relief, with strong details, very lustrous surfaces.
