Description
Post Gupta, Bengal, Samatata region, Khadga dynasty, Sri Jiva, c. 675-700, AV dinar, 5.81 g. (21 mm). Obverse: king standing, holding arrow in right hand and bow in left hand, stylized shankha to left, name Jiva under king’s left arm. Reverse: stylized female figure/Lakshmi standing right, pseudo letters to right, dotted border around. Kumar TOTGE 2024, 18.9.1.
AU, nice lustrous surfaces, sharp appearance.
