Kushanas, Vasudeva, c. 190-230, AV dinar, 8.03 g. (20 mm). Obverse: Vasudeva, nimbate, helmeted and diademed, standing facing, head left, holding trident, sacrificing over altar to left, Bactrian legend around. Reverse: Shiva with three heads standing, facing, holding trident and diadem, behind the bull Nandi standing left, Bactrian OHÞO to left, tamgha right, within dotted border.
VF+ details, cleaned mostly on obverse, small digs on the reverse, possibly removed from jewellery.
An extremely rare type showing Shiva with three heads and a blank field over the fire altar on the obverse. We find no similar coin on Coinarchives.
