Persia, Achaemenid Empire, Time of Artaxerxes II to Darios III, c. 375-336 BC. AV daric 8.36 g (16 mm). Sardes mint. Obverse: Persian king or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, quiver over shoulder, in kneeling-running stance right, holding spear in right hand, bow in left. Reverse: oblong wavy patterned incuse punch. A rare late issue.
VF+ nice surfaces, well-centred and with well-defined details.
