JAPON. FIGURINE D’UN ACTEUR KABUKI ou wakashû (jeune
personne), en porcelaine de style Kakiemon, Arita, fin XVII-début
XVIIIème, époque Edo (1603-1868), en bleu sous couverte et émaux polychromes, en bleu sous couverte
et émaux polychromes, kimono orné de matsu (pins), kiri (paulownia)
et ume (prunus), h. 34,5 cm.Rapport d’état : Tête recollée ; sinon en bon état, avec seulement quelques frottements sur la dorure. La figurine a été attribuée par un ancien propriétaire à la période dite du « modèle Anta », vers 1729–1740.

FIGURINE OF A KABUKI ACTOR or wakashû (young person), in Kakiemon-style porcelain, Arita, late 17th-early 18th century, Edo period (1603-1868), in blue underglaze and polychrome enamels, in blue underglaze and polychrome enamels, kimono decorated with matsu (pines), kiri (paulownia) and ume (prunus), h. 34.5 cm.
Condition report: Head reattached; otherwise in good condition, with only some rubbing to the gilding. The figurine was attributed by a previous owner to the “Anta model” period, circa 1729–1740.
