Description
1860 (18.6) Folded entire to Torino, franked four single 5 Gr. plate II and a 2 Gr, the first 5 Gr. which is actually plate I, appears to have been added. Still, a very rare usage during the Messina siege, paying the 1 sheet letter rate by French packet to Sardinia.
