1867–83 10s Greenish Grey on White Paper Watermark Anchor — Mint
A fine and most attractive example of this important and highly sought-after high value, lettered AH, presented in fresh mint condition with part original gum. Some hinge remainder is present, showing a small black offset from a contemporary album page, and the upper right corner perforation reaffixed, both noted purely for accuracy. The stamp displays very pleasing colour and a strong overall presentation.
A desirable example of one of the key Surface Printed high values, seldom encountered in such appealing condition.
