1916, Pro Juventute Ausgabe, 5+10+10 (zwei Marken mit winzigen Mängeln), gestempelt BASEL 7.12.1916 auf Brief nach Vosne Romanée, Côte d’Or, Frankreich mit rückseitigem Ankunftsstempel. Seltene frühe Verwendung von Zuschlagsmarken nach Frankreich, obwohl diese erst mit dem UPU Kongress von Madrid 1921 erlaubt wurde.
