Inland Revenue: 1882-1901 1s green and carmine from the upper left of the sheet, overprinted I.R. Official, a lovely fresh example with strong vibrant colours and full original gum (mounted in the selvedge); superb and rare. Cert B.P.A. (2004) for original block of four.
