1840 (May 6) printed entire from the Duty Department addressed to Surrey, endorsed ”OHMS” in M/S and with superb strikes of Crowned Paid 6 MY 1840 and London octagonal datestamp MY 6 1840. A most attractive item, being the first day of issue of the postage stamp.
