1902-03 5ch surcharge in blue and black on 1kr envelopes (PE11 and PE11A), one page with a mint envelope with blue surcharge, and two envelopes with the very rare black surcharge, one sent registered Teheran to Isfahan 28 Dec 1902 (earliest recorded date), uprated with 15ch, only two registered envelopes recorded, also 5ch single rate Teheran to Sultanabad; a very fine trio with the scarce black surcharge on 1kr that is known in only eight copies.
