1920 (Mar 21) New year greeting telegram from Tehran to Rasht, censored and circular censor marking “Observed by Censor No. 9” (36mm, violet), was applied. The Rarity rate of this Control mark in Mr. Fanzin Mosavar Rahmani Censor’s book is 6 out of 6 & this control mark number 9 only has been seen on Telegram. Cert. IPSC.
